We ship from Riga, Latvia, European Union.
The DogBeCat team does its best to have your order delivered in the shortest amount of time possible. Our shipping service dispatches all orders Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays and weekends. The standard dispatch time for off-the-shelf items is:
– EU: 7-10 business days
– The USA and Canada: 10-20 business days
– Australia: 25-30 business days
– Other countries: 14-25 business days.
Orders with Fedex Express shipping are available in certain instances and will dispatch within 2 business day at an extra cost. Delivery time usually 3-5 days.
When your order leaves the warehouse, we will send you tracking information within 24 hours to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.
Unfortunately, on-time delivery, though, isn’t within the DogBeCat control. The package delay can be experienced due to the high volume of e-commerce packages as well as postal carrier delays.
Once your order is shipped from a warehouse, you will receive an email notification from us with the tracking information. Please, use the link in your email to track the delivery.
Our team guarantees delivery of the orders. However, if your package is misplaced or lost in transit, we consider reshipping your order. A parcel is considered lost in transit if it is not delivered within the specified delivery time or if no movement is detected within 20 days of the last postal service scanning operation.
Please, contact us as soon as possible, if you consider that your package may have been lost. You can do it within 30 days of the package being shipped.
The status ‘the package is delivered’ is updated automatically by the postal carrier. If you have been emailed about delivery but have not received the package, we can suggest the following:
– Please wait another business day, as the package could have been marked as delivered by mistake or prematurely and will arrive the following day.
– Contact your local post service office to ask for the details of that day’s delivery. Postal services are used to these questions and will generally provide helpful information. Your order may have been mistakenly delivered to another address, to other spots on your property, or even to a neighbor’s house. After all, one of your relatives may have received it and not informed you.
– Check your door/mailbox for a note from your local post office. You probably weren’t at home when the parcel was delivered and the postal carrier notified you with a slip. If a note is there, follow the instructions in it to receive your package.
If all your efforts have failed and you still haven’t received your package, then contact us for additional assistance.
We are very sorry if you are not 100% satisfied with the received item since doing everything to make you happy. You can return it within 30 days from the date of your purchase and get a full refund. We accept returns of items that are unused, new, and in re-sellable condition. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping charges, which are not related to a defective or damaged item.
Note: Some items such as customized, personalized, and final sale products are non-refundable.

The DogBeCat team works hard to only offer you quality pet collars that are built to last. Contact us by email if you are not 100% happy with your purchase (for example, the collar size, color, or style does not fit you) and we will try to make it right.
The exchange policy includes returning our item and exchanging it for another product you want to get instead. The item must be in a new, unused, re-sellable condition. The exchange must be done within 30 days of the original purchase of the item. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us as well as for the risk of loss or damage to the item during shipping.

Currently, you can only shop for our products via the DogBeCat online store. We assure you that your checkout will be processed as quickly as possible by our sales team.
Yes, wholesale is available for our customers. Please contact the DogBeCat managers by email by sending your wholesale application so that they can consider it and get back to you as soon as possible.

Measure your pet’s neck around by using a measuring tape where the collar would be (at the base of the neck). For greater comfort, leave a space between the collar and your pet’s neck approximately the width of a couple of fingers. Compare your measurement with the collar dimensions in the size guide and select the appropriate collar. Example: If your pet’s neck is about 14″. In this case, you will need to select a collar of medium size, from 14.5″ up to 17.5″.
Measure the largest part of your dog’s head, usually just behind the ears. Use this measurement to choose the size.
1) Measure the length of your dog’s neck circumference
2) Add from 2 – 3″ (5-7 cm) to determine an appropriate collar length.
The DogBeCat online store ensures that you have the most convenient, hassle-free, and safe shopping experience possible. We accept all major credit cards for payment, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You can also pay through your Paypal or Apple Pay accounts. Due to a secure, encrypted connection, you can enter your credit card details securely when making a payment.
Note: We do not accept money orders or checks.
No, it is not an essential option. You can select Checkout as a Guest to complete an order without logging in. In this case, your placed order, including your address and payment details, will not be saved for future reference.
