The basic loop is handcrafted out of genuine Italian leather, stained in nice purple color on the front side, and preserves its shape for a long time. The inset loop that connects two sides of leather is a solid brass chain with a metal D-ring at its center for leash attaching when walking a dog. The solid brass chain has a polished finish and is incredibly strong and will never rust or tarnish, making it perfect for a connection.
